TechnomancerTool is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Games Workshop Limited. Warhammer, Warhammer 40,000 and all associated marks, logos, names, races, vehicles, characters and images are either © or ™ and/or ® Games Workshop Limited, used without permission. No challenge to their status is intended.

The site references game rules, points values and unit statistics for the purpose of commentary, reference and analysis. It is free, carries no advertising and sells nothing. We do not host Games Workshop artwork, and we do not use Games Workshop content to train AI models.

If you represent Games Workshop and want something removed, write to legal@technomancertool.com. We will respond promptly and cooperatively — you do not need to send a formal notice.

Reporting infringing user content

Users can upload content (store photos, league details, army lists). If you believe something here infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@technomancertool.com containing:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• identification of the material you want removed, and a URL so we can find it;
• your name, address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

We remove or disable material expeditiously on a valid notice and notify the user who posted it. We terminate repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or the Eastern District of Michigan if you are outside the USA).

Designated agent

Our designated agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is in progress. In the meantime, send all copyright notices to legal@technomancertool.com — the address is monitored and notices sent there will be actioned exactly as described above.
